This current design is near completion. Project includes a right side elevation new 3-car garage addition with large bonus room above and new mudroom/entry/porch. The new front farmers porch will add some curb appeal as well as a more functional entrance to the home. The new left elevation addition will consist of a new office and great room on the 1st floor with a new master bedroom suite above. The existing 2nd floor of this home will also be gutted and remodeled to allow for a more functional floor plan and better use of existing space. This work will include enlarging an existing full bath as well as two existing bedrooms.
